• Carried out an internal audit for a leading electrical equipment manufacturing company covering over 22 manufacturing locations at the Pan India level.
• A designed standard operating procedure, management reporting framework, and dashboards for a leading metal & mining client.
• Lead the internal financial control review and internal audit engagements for large-scale public-sector clients and MNC clients in Oil & Gas, metal, and mining sectors.
• As part of these engagements, he has contributed to the maturity enhancement of processes such as procurement of material & services, coal procurement, contract labor management, plant maintenance, account payable, Inventory Management, Secondary and NCO sales, Order to cash, Marketing, Health safety, and environment, Capex and Project, Metal Balancing, Yield Balancing, Alloy Balancing, HR & Payroll, Quality testing process.
• Lead the concurrent audit, internal audit & process review engagements of an Alloy manufacturing company for a large alloy steel manufacturing company.
• Assisted in setting up the MD office for one of the alloy steel manufacturing companies.
