Attendance and Cancellation Policy

Once a session is scheduled by a mentee and a mentor accepts, it should start at the scheduled time and last for the agreed-upon duration.

If either party can not attend the session, they need to alert the other immediately and make rescheduling arrangements. 

 Changes can be made 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the session. 

For issues that arise within 24 hours of the start time, we encourage the two parties involved to come to an agreement.

  • Agree on another time or day to meet
  • Agree that the session will not happen and that a refund will be issued.
  • If you can not come to an agreement, please contact, contact@camonk.com for dispute resolution.
If a mentee cannot attend a session that is scheduled to start within 24 hours, the mentor has the right to consider the session complete. It is at the mentor’s discretion if they would like to reschedule the session and agree upon another arrangement.

Note:- Once the payment is made, the booking amount will not be refunded. However, you can reschedule your slot and drop a mail at support@camonk.com.
